• VPS IP address (when provided voluntarily for license provisioning)
• Message content submitted through contact forms

• To provision and deliver your Rendrd license
• To send important service-related communications
• To improve our website and product based on aggregate usage patterns

4. Self-Hosted Data

Rendrd is a self-hosted product. All content you generate — scripts, images, videos, API keys — lives exclusively on your own VPS. Mosframe Limited has zero access to your server or the data on it. We never collect, process, or store any content produced by your Rendrd installation.

5. Third-Party Services

The Rendrd website uses the following third-party services:

• Vercel — hosting and CDN (vercel.com)
• Anthropic Claude API — powering the Rendrd Assistant chat widget
• Telegram Bot API — internal notifications for form submissions

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not pass personally identifiable information to these services beyond what is required for their function.

6. Data Retention

Contact and trial enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@getrendrd.com.

7. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use a session cookie to maintain chat state during your visit. No persistent identifiers are stored without your consent.
