Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using Rendrd software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Mosframe Limited (registered in England and Wales), 14/2E 10-16 Tiller Road, London E14 8PX, United Kingdom.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Mosframe Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Rendrd software under the tier you have purchased:

• Self-Install ($600/year) — license to run one Rendrd instance on one VPS. License is valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually.
• Managed Install ($1,000 one-time) — same as Self-Install plus one-time deployment assistance. Annual renewal required after year one.
• Source License ($6,000 one-time) — access to full source code with rights to deploy unlimited instances and build derivative commercial products. Includes 1 year of updates; updates beyond year one require renewal.

3. Free Trial

Rendrd offers a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, your license key will be deactivated unless you purchase a paid plan. Trial licenses may not be used for commercial content production.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software without a Source License
• Reverse-engineer the compiled Docker images (except under a Source License)
• Use Rendrd to produce content that violates applicable laws or platform terms of service
• Share your license key with third parties
• Use the software to generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content

5. API Keys & Third-Party Services

Rendrd integrates with third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, FAL.ai, YouTube Data API, etc.). You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API credentials and complying with each provider's terms of service. Mosframe Limited is not liable for costs, restrictions, or changes imposed by third-party API providers.

6. Self-Hosted Nature

Rendrd runs entirely on your own server. Mosframe Limited has no access to your VPS, your data, or the content you produce. You are solely responsible for the security, maintenance, and legal compliance of your server environment and the content generated on it.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to license keys and Docker images, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, contact us at hello@getrendrd.com and we will work to find a resolution.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Mosframe Limited does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome (views, revenue, channel growth) will be achieved through its use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosframe Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rendrd. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where we hold your contact details.
